DACA to AOS - Page 206

I am currently in the process of filling out the AOS package i have all the evidence and most forms filled out. I came here when I was 6 entry without inspection. Got DACA at the age of 23 and then did AP this year for humanitarian reasons. I have my passport stamped and have my i94, no criminal backround. I am married to a USC. My question is do I have to fill out the 601 waiver? if I did AP. Will I get the 10 year ban?

BUUTTTTTT........how do I get an I-94? I did AP through DACA for Humanitarian reason and my passport is stamps. The office when I came back from AP did not give me a copy of the AP form and two both letters and just stamped and dated my passport!

I am in the process of collecting all my paperwork and evidence to file for AOS.
Came here age 6, EWI with DACA i cleared my EWI with AP, and married to a USC.

Does anybody know if one can adjust if left the country once and re enter illegally the second time but being under age. Is this still possible to adjust with daca and Advance Parole entry?

And never been bought by immigration. Because when i went to Mexico my parents try to apply for a visa from Tijuana but got denied so I'm sure they have the record on me that I left. Will second ewi affect me adjust even though I got daca and advance parole entry?

Type your "how do I get copy of I-94" in google, and the uscis website should come up.

I self-filed, but the new application does ask more questions on re-entry. Consult with a lawyer. Everyone trying to adjust should download the I-485 and its instructions and read it as a head start.

Update did my Bio for AOS and on other new purchased my first home, loan funded and all. I still cant believe it and now its a waiting game.
