Exactly, if they can't pass anything and offer their small concessions, then the DA will pass clean.

Democrats are negotiating high to get the least amount of consessions for DA, which is ultimately good.

If Dems had come out and said we'll trade dreamers for whatever republicans want, that's not good leverage or negotiation.

This was a massive deal by the Dems and gives a lot of leverage. Many reps are pissed of course.

The thing is they control everything and still haven't been able to achieve anything major, all they know is to obstruct but not govern. Which is why Dems better fucking use the leverage and grow some balls. Many are saying that in December Schumer and Pelosi become the presidents
