Add the cosponsors of DREAM Act + RACA and you have over 218, so I think the votes in the House are easily there. If you have Trump for it and border security added, it gives the GOP cover for voting 'yes'.

The devil is in the details. If this is just current DACA in law form then you can rest easy but the struggle continues down the line. If it's the actual Dream Act then it's truly something great.
