All we're missing is confirmation of GOP leadership that they will bring this to a vote on the floor in a timely manner. Hopefully bypassing the anti -immigrant filled Judiciary Committee. Although I am anxious to find out what exactly those Border Security details will entail. Any attempt at attaching RAISE Act, nationwide e-verify, or increase in ICE funding/more detentions centers I feel is a no go. But thing dealing strictly with the border, such as more tech, drones, or agents guarding border.. in my opinion are fair game to attach to DA. I just hope its also good enough to get the GOP on board. |
