either this is not gonna be possible if GC and the path to citizenship is given -> it'll make us 2nd class naturalized citizens -> which is unconstitutional; or daca will given some kind of path to partial legalization and won't be given the path to citizenship

There no way the congress would create a 2nd class citizens (even though DoD has done that with MAVNI enlistees) I highly doubt the congress would do it right in front of all the american people. So my guess would be through congress DACA will gain legalization and longer pathway to citizenship than GC but allowed to sponsor later.

Let's see how it plays out

If that happens I'm sure ACLU will take a lawsuit from the first of us to get an I-130 denied.

Will have the bar the parents from getting sponsored.

Otherwise the deal is not going anywhere.

Ok then,

just make DACA a law, call it PDACA (P for permanent) and add authorization to it to travel abroad for a max of 6 months.

Easy fix, easy as that.

Would be nice but they still want a arm and leg just to get that.
