There no way the congress would create a 2nd class citizens (even though DoD has done that with MAVNI enlistees) I highly doubt the congress would do it right in front of all the american people. So my guess would be through congress DACA will gain legalization and longer pathway to citizenship than GC but allowed to sponsor later. Let's see how it plays out |
