you should be fine. just have all the evidence necessary, like everyone else. at first glance, i can see why that may look "suspicious," but after you saying you have a long-standing relationship with her - it is fine.

plus, every couple has things they want to "take care of" first for their own personal reasons. you becoming legalized can be one of those things so you can go on your honeymoon, help finance a place to live, and so on.

No, waiting for interview date.It took three to four months because of a busy schedule, new I-485 and medical. Still, I am glad I waited. It was properly filed and accepted.

As of today, I sent in my withdrawal of AOS letter.

Oh wow. My wife and I gather pretty much everything on the checklist that the lawyer gave us. Including a lease and loan on our names prior our marriage. We should be ready to submit everything next week.
