I wish they had backed one of the other bills, and then worked on getting a DREAM Act + Border Security compromise. The fact that this bill still requires Border Security (and maybe e-verify?) makes me think it has less chance of passing.

Most likely like DACA.

Thillis was heard saying at the end, felons, misdemeaners or multiple minor misdemeanors would make you illegible.

After the session ended, they were answering questions and it seems like older dreamers would qualify!

Yeah, he just mentioned the entering before 16 years age cap.
