Suppressors are legal, they just want to get rid of the $200 tax stamp requirement for getting one (which basically requires the ATF to approve the transfer, which is basically your application sitting around for 6 months kinda like USCIS).

Hell, personally I want the ban on full autos to go away. No one will go through the trouble of legally getting one to shoot up a crowd.
