Jeff Flake's bill is said to mirror RACA + Border Enforcement. If it's the same as RACA, it should be good right?

DA 2017 is good because it covers older dreamers. Offers the more reasonable path for us to adjust and allows DACa holders to automatically be covered. It has so much support and the only thing it needs is border security attached to it.

in a scenario where the only thing that's keeping me from a GC is a removal order, would i be able to bypass this "conditional" status much quicker because i married a USC, or do ya'll think that won't be a possibility? my understanding of the bill is that you wouldn't be able to
