Just received an online notification that my interview is next month. It could actually be possible that the GC could arrive by Xmas.

it is quite normal. USCIS officers usually sign for it and pick up the packages in bulk.

Quite possible. USCIS officers seem to do this often after reading about approvals on certain days that seem to be too much of a coincidence.

Hi all,
I was wondering if anyone know what are the changes of getting a 10 year green card (removing conditions) if you get divorced within the 2 years after marriage. I know that you can apply to remove the conditions from the conditional green card but what are the changes that you actual get a 10 year green card if you are no longer married to the US Citizen?

^That would be the "good faith marriage waiver".

You still have to file I-751 and associated documents proving the marriage was real. It can result in proceedings and cancellation of status, or approval of removal of conditions if they are satisfied by the evidence.

I’ve heard that marriage counseling before the divorce always works in your favor. Not sure if this is true or not.

Would owning a house together and couple of vacation trips be a good enough example?

Should be if your soon-to-be ex spouse is supportive.

My ex's (now ex) wife had filed for divorce a year after getting her GC. He filed that the marriage was fraudulent and had her go through significant legal proceedings. They had a house together and had been married of 5 years total. She eventually won but your wife/husband can make your life hell if they want to.

She was a total bitch and came after 50% of every penny he owned. Didn't work a day in a her life so its hard to feel bad for her but yeah...
