Some people in here sound like the Dream Act is all but official. We can hope for the best and expect the best, but we certainly can't predict the future and considering the judge won't make a decision until December. 20th. This could be an insurance plan if all fails. It will at least give an opportunity to thousands to renew again.

Because some dreamers have theirs expired already. Though I agree we cannot let the effort stop.

They violated my due process as it was abruptly cancelled without much of a official prior announcement, if they had set forth the March 5th deadline without the cancellation that applied on Sept 5th this would have been valid, but they overreached and violated the Administrative Procedure Act, which mandates that they give some time before they takes such drastic measure, if anything is a precedent it would be judge's Hansen stay in the DAPA program, which otherwise used the same argument against the case put forth, the only different is - this is in favor, but the variables are the same.

I see a lot of people on here always giving shit about any actions that aren't directly pushing for a compromised dream act. Some of y'all need understand that to gain political momentum we need alot of activity going on to catch people's attention to gain for awareness and support.

Hopefully today's new make people realize that not everything is set in stone, so every effort counts and we need to be in support of that.
