All I know is that Republucans just filed legislation to save TPS recipients; so Democrats better pass the Dream Act.

No.

DreamAct will save kids in detention, those who missed Daca but who are American jn every way, and those too young to qualify.

The stupidity of the Obama administration in drafting Daca was putting ridiculous, discriminatory, and arbitrary age caps. For something out of everyone's control. And don't get me started on the mass criminalization of immigrant communities.

Reagan Amnesty did not say to qualifying individuals they were too young or too old for residency. Either they qualified by date of entry or not.
TPS beneficiaries don't have age caps or age limits. Either you were present when TPS was enacted or not!

Let's fight for Dream Act!
Which is why Schumer and Pelosi better not squander the opportunity to pass DREAM Act next month.

A bipartisan group of South Florida lawmakers introduced a bill on Tuesday that provides a path to permanent residency for thousands of foreign citizens who participate in a temporary program that allows them to work and live in the United States.
Miami Republican Rep. Carlos Curbelo introduced the Extending Status Protection for Eligible Refugees with Established Residency Act, which provides a pathway to permanent legal status for certain Haitians, Nicaraguans, Salvadorans and Hondurans who arrived in the United States before Jan. 13, 2011.

It's only been introduced. We all know introduction of a bill does not guarantee passage.

its just logical for TPS and DACA to have a permanent solution.

theres no point in sending them back because they lived here for more than 15+ years. they built their lives here already, im pretty sure if Trump wasnt the president either Democrat or Republican future administrations would continue both programs.

Add an additional amendment requiring everyone to reach a comprehensive immigration by end of 2018. We have other shits to do after DACA.

They better not loop in TPS with DACA. DACA has a lot more media and American public sympathy than TPS.

ONE step at a time people. Let's not try to bite off more than we can chew.

EDIT: Save your liberal views. I don't give a shit. I am being realistic here!

Do you think that was the purpose of the administration when they made the decision to not extend TPS? Divide and conquer.
