Hey guys I hope I can get some help..
I am in the process of adjusting my status and I am stuck on a question. I came to the us on a b2 vida and overstayed. Currently I’m under daca until October 2018. On form i485 is says “Have you EVER violated the terms or conditions of you nonimmigrant status?” would i put yes or no? Any help is appreciated.

The answer for me was yes. I thought putting no would categorize the individual as a person who was NOT a visa overstay and Entered Without Inspection.

My application was sent a little over 3 weeks ago and I haven’t gotten any receipts.

That is unusual. I had a biometrics notice in the latter half of the second week. Could you track your application through the mail?

Interview was pretty straight forward. I was asked the questions that are on the form: yes/no questions. They also asked how was our wedding and when did we start living together. All they asked my wife was if she was happy with me. I was a bit nervous but the lady was nice and my lawyer was with us. The lady did give me a paper saying my case was under review but she said it was standard and that I should get my GC within a month. Now time to make plans for the 2018 world cup!
