good, then shut it down.
They’re holding their ground with this. Cancel the meeting with the ding dong, shut down the government.

Agreed. It’s a win win for them. Govt Shutdown? Republicans get killed in midterms. Deal reached? Some form of relief passes for us.

Retard orange cunt needs to learn tweets have consequences. Shut the government and let him fund his own trips to Mar-a-lago.

Well looks like they are meeting with a Ryan and Mitch in the afternoon instead. Maybe a deal can happen there instead?

Thinking more about this.... This can be a win win win for all . Trump says he didn’t want to make a deal - yay for Trump base. GOP in Congress keep gov open and their jobs. Democracts get us green cards. Trump signs the deal because he has no choice.

I don't think President Trump realizes that he is also throwing his Tax Reform into the ditch here. One year into his presidency and no major legislation passed and a potential government shut down won't be good for his presidency.

Republicans are in control, and sooner or later the American people will realize that they can NOT govern even with the majority and the White House at hand.

What are the rules for budget legislation? Does the president have to sign it if it passes both chambers with a super majority?
