Democrats are all too PC about everything, they want righteousness. they want to be seen as they have done the right thing but not actually take all the paths to get there! That's why they are losing to the progressives. they need more house of card shit in their spins.

I think he was speaking of DREAM Act bill on it's own though I am not sure.

He doesn't control the government, so he can't promise it will pass.
