Most of the modern elected Republicans over the last 10 years have focused to bring down all legalization programs from since S2611. The theatrics concerning CIR and Dream Act are no different, and I do not for see any change within that dynamic for many years to come. The dynamic is simple; Democrat House and Executive office followed by an open Majority Leader in the Senate.
