Grumpy cat is right. Shit hit the fan.

Apologies for the name calling.

I guess a government shutdown isn't all that bad. Less work for me if I can't file shit with the DOL.

Mark my word, there will not be a government shut down. Democrats don't have the spine for it. Sorry for being negative, but I rarely see dems stand up and fight hard for something. I only see them cave to Republicans again and again.

Or hopefully mulvany and short told her to stfu or else the Ann coulter's of the world are going to blow up a deal and make Trump back down. That isn't likely though, but let's hope this whole falling out with Bannon makes Trump grow some balls and ignore them.

This breakup can go both ways. It's also possible that Trump will steer to the right even more to try to hold on to Bannon's base.

An optimistic scenario really. Make everyone guess and come to some kind of an agreement that will get hidden away in thousands of pages of the budget bill.

She previously said that she’s not working out a compromise through the press.

I might be wrong, but there no way I see stand-alone dreamer legislation going anywhere. The only way, in my opinion is through a govt funding bill. Democrats have very little leverage if any in a stand-alone bill, McConnell and Republican leadership know this. Let's not be ignorant to the fact that immigration bills have passed and died like this in Congress. Govt funding or nada.
