The only reason I would be against a physical wall is that it may hurt animals that migrate north to south and vice versa. Using technology for surveillance is a much better way. A physical wall is a waste of money, since one can use ladders and you would still need to monitor the wall.

Do you realize its a USC RIGHT TO SPONSER THEIR IMMEDIATE FAMILY WEATHER SPOUSE/CHILDREN & PARENTS. you have no right say who should and shouldn't be included because you have nothing to begin with !
