Nope. There is no bill to get even a vote on.... (that both sides agree on).

If there's no spending bill done by the 19th and they have to pass nother CR, that means DACA bill can't be attached to it?

yeah no DACA, CHIP, ACA Subs, etc if another 2 week extension is passed.

if there is no deal on the spending caps itself, the govt will shutdown on the 19th.

They can do as many CRs as they want until the actual debt ceiling is met which will be at some point in March. From all the shit that happened I don’t see anything being done. By Jan 19. Looking at the pace of this crap I’d say mid Feb if we are lucky.

atleast DACA is back as a great Plan B.
