Everyone gets fucked over, including us citizens like my sister who wants to eventually sponsor our parents. It's supposed to be dream act + border security, end to DV lottery, and limit for dreamers to sponsor anyone until they become naturalized citizens.

Tom Cotton is 100% opposed to any deal that could ever happen. He is the author of the most radical cuts to legal immigration since the racial quota laws of the 1920s.
