Hatch wants 'detailed explanation' on Trump's 's---hole' comments

Sen. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) said Thursday night that he wanted a "detailed explanation" from the White House about President Trump's reported comments about accepting immigrants from "shithole countries."

"I look forward to getting a more detailed explanation regarding the President’s comments. Part of what makes America so special is that we welcome the best and brightest in the world, regardless of their country of origin," Hatch said in a tweet from his office.

Trump said it, "I'll take the heat, I'll take the heat for BOTH parties". It's part of the plan.

I hope they hit trump hard for that comment. He shouldnt call out people coming from certain countries. It just makes it worse in his negotiation and clearly shows hes racist.

He didn't call out the people, he called out the countries for being sh**holes.

this will motivate moderate reps to move quickly and pass something in spite for what he said I feel. or at least I hope.
