Maybe he's posturing for the government shutdown. If the Democrats unite and resist the CR, they might have to pass the dream act.

A DA bill will cover him\her. The only thing it has to be coupled with things like border security, DV lottery etc

It's beyond insanity it's almost like if you didn't want to get things done so people vote for you in the next elections. Oh wait.

At this point I don't even care about citizenship permanent GC is fine with me. I don't want the right to vote, sponsor anyone, or any of the benefits that comes with citizenship. I just want to work, go to school, and live in peace without worrying about being sent back to my "sh*thole" country that I have no memories of.

There is no permanent green cards...GCs always leads to citizenship. Congress would have to create a separate category for us.
