If Trump label Durbin/Graham bill as shit, what can Dem do? Bipartisan bill is basically dead. It's either shutdown or attached to spending bill now. No more wishful thinking on compromise.

Key to House schedule just published by McCarthy: “Consideration of Legislation Making Further Appropriations for FY 2018..Additional Legislative Items are Possible.” That’s an interim spending bill & perhaps a DACA/border security pkg.

Grassley did respond Friday to Trump's reported comments on Haiti and other African nations, which have sparked outrage on both sides of the aisle.

“I think it detracts from the very important issue we’ve got to get solved by March 5,” Grassley said, according to the Register.

He was referring to the deadline for lawmakers to provide a legislative fix for young undocumented immigrants affected by Trump's decision to rescind the Obama-era Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Speaking of Twitter, have any of you guys looked at 45's last few tweets on DACA?

He seems to be holding the DACA deal hostage and shaming the Dems because they might shutdown the government. He is coming up with the typical "troops, MAGA" excuse as expected.

I was reading some of the replies to his bs tweet about DACA and troops, and some vets commented against him. They claim he is using them as pawns.

he's right.
our lives are more important than inconsequential people getting their feelings hurt.
