I was raised here, and I'm a "chain migrant" cause my parents who are US citizens petitioned for me. I fell out of status due to a shit lawyer and can't move forward with my application even though it was approved years ago. I did not qualify for DACA cause I wasn't residing here illegally prior to 2012. So you think you DESERVE it more than me?
And to make it clear, I'm here because my SO is a DACA recipient and I qualify for the Dream Act even though there's no chance in hell that's going to happen.
