DHS asked for 1.6B wall money and 1B for border security (one year's worth of money). The bipartisan bill gave them that.

Trump asked for 20B for the wall, not to be distributed among 10 years, nor 5 years, but in one year.

Colleague Blake Burman rpts senior WH official put the odds of a government shutdown at 1 in 4. Believes Hse Freedom Caucus will eventually come around. But they need 10 Dem senators on board (with McCain out) & all GOP senators by Friday. Tall order

How many Democrats are willing to Vote, Yes?

Democrat Patty Schachtner won a special election for a state Senate seat in Wisconsin on Tuesday, scoring a huge upset victory for her party in a district that President Donald Trump handily captured just over a year ago.

Well about 18 Democrats voted with the GOP last time around so I’m sure they have enough votes.

Might as well roll it straight into the trash can ... mass amnesty far beyond DACA, fake border security, no end to chain migration.
Kelly,Cotton,Miller,Goodlatte... we’re outnumbered.
