I'm not an aged out dreamer I have TPS and not DACA. I only see TPS mentioned under the "Elimination of the Diversity Lottery" section and not under the Eligibility criteria like with the original DA. I might be overthinking things right now since I'm so stressed atm.

if this actually passes, tps ppl would have a much shorter path to citizenship that dreamers. I do wish we all would get some kind of relief.

As long as you met the defined eequiremts, you should be able to apply. It doesn’t say you have to out of status as June 2012. Just the entry date.

Don’t overthink and over complicate

they will deal with the TPS people after us, my brother. they gave you guys 18-24months (6mos for us.) but im sure the new Congress will address your plight after the election in '19.

you will be staying here, this is your home.

I am thinking if the dv visas are given to them, they would receive their gcs right away. Then 5-7 yrs later, go for citizenship test.

I expire tomorrow with no renewal notice in site. Had to leave my Job last Friday since HR was threatening to fire me if I didn't have EAD by today lol. Don't know what I would do without this forum. I really pray that we all make it and hope no one else ever has to go through this after us shit is so stressful and depressing.

Do whatever you can on your part to help get this passed then you should be covered from what I am reading about thw bill's details. I have a very hard time believing tps provisions would be removed now that it's already atyached.

Damn! Stay strong man, is definitely not easy but with the support of your loved ones you can get through anything. Are they any other ways you can adjust for now?
