Does this bill allow EWI to be cleared by traveling?

Not that I agree with the bill cuz we giving way too much but it's travel confirmed? Didn't know that.

Yes, here is the summary of the bill. Don't know how to post pics here.

I agree. E-verify for just legalizing the DACAers is not worth it. They pretty much want all their demands met while giving so little in return. It is not fair to throw the majority of the immigrant community under the bus. Plus, if Democrats give Republicans everything they want in exchange for legalizing DACAers, what leverage are they gonna have when they try to push for CIR? Negotiations are about give and take, not about "give me everything I want now, and trust me I will give you what you want later."

Especially with republicans that will gladly take and then refuse to hold up their end of the bargain.

Any negotiations with republicans should really highlight that point "If you don't give it now then you never will. If you want to make this a game of trust then give us DACA and we can argue about border later. No? Why not?"

biggest con:

"The Securing America's Future Act makes it a crime for DREAMers to ever fall below 125% of the federal poverty level. Barring welfare is acceptable, but criminalizing poverty is absolutely crazy. "

"The House GOP DACA bill would criminalize legalized Dreamers if they failed to maintain an income insufficiently above the poverty line"

Except if you go below 125% of the federal poverty line, I believe they can revoke your protections and deport you. The whole bill is filled with poison pills.
