That bill is created as a smokescreen. It's not intended to be passed, just to give the illusion that the right wants a DACA fix.

Where is the Bipartisan input in this bill. That's right, there isn't.

Exactly. They'll make an 'effort' to pass the 'DREAMer' (i.e. GOP) bill. When it fails, Republicans will say Democrats did not want to compromise.
