If The Turtle likes the parliamentary system so much, he could go be a politician in England, although I doubt English people would vote someone as such into power.

English also vote differently and don't have a two party system. Their conservatives essentially made a minor party from NI the leading force in the House of Commons because they needed their votes for majority. Honestly it's more of the same, guys are like our Freedom Caucus.

English is just as messy as US. You’ve multiple parties trying weaken each other. The prime minster is not elected by people so the party can forxe him/her out though.
