In a Friday night move, DOJ has asked SCOTUS to expedite its request to consider the court order blocking the DHS memo ending DACA. DOJ asked for briefing to allow SCOTUS to decide whether to take the case as early as Feb. 16. Key takeaway= Congress must pass the #DREAMActNow

NEW - As rumored, DOJ sat on this move until late on a Friday night to try to pretend there wasn't urgency. Such a revolting, cynical ploy to play with 800,000 lives. This is shameful, even for Attorney General Jeff Sessions.
