trying to self file form i130, question 46d (part 4) it ask date authorized stay expired. I'm not sure of the answer. On my i94 it states date admitted until 01/01/2018. Is that the answer I should put. I had returned on AP on 12/31/2017.

Also question 48 ask for travel document number. Am I supposed to Put the numbers listed on my Advance parole document for that question of travel document number. Please answer. Tia
Initial I-94 date would be the safe bet.

It was different from the US in some ways yet similar to Portland and Seattle in others. That makes sense since it is only a 5 hour drive up I-5 for me.

Quick question for those of you doing 1 step AOS and getting an EAD while you wait for your green card. Are you guys applying for a DACA renewal as well? I reckon the EAD will come in ~90 days and I expire in October so there's really no point in sending a renewal. However, I am also so used to shit hitting the fan and who knows wtf can happen, or if my application gets delated etc, so I am also thinking maybe I should send a DACA renewal. What are you guys doing?

AP no longer applies to DACA as the administration has closed that loophole and the current judges order does NOT reinstate AP through DACA.

In addition, I thought there was a loophole concerning an EWI applying for AOS and then AP allowing an EWI to possibly become a legal entrant. However, such an application would be likely be denied by fraud since you have to initially declare HOW one entered the US.
Thanks for taking the time to clear this out. Makes sense now.

Actually one more question. So if you did AP thru daca when it was being given out, you would put last entry as legal and no longer EWI?

EAD through AOS is more quickly processed than DACA. Also, it is valid until your case becomes adjudicated. In short, permit is already paid for...might as well apply and take alone.

Anyone in NYC? I'm at 8.5 months now and waiting for the interview.

On other note, I'm starting to think about sponsoring my parents. If changes to "chain migration" do not occur and I am given the chance to sponsor my parents once I become a USC, what roadblocks do they face? Does working without an EAD, having a license from another state, not being in good health affect their chances? Do they need to interview or anything

Guys I need help I have daca did advance parole. I came here the first time when I was a year old. I went to Mexico in 2001 and came back in 2004 still being under age, I’m pretty sure they have a record of it because I wrote it down on my daca application . Will AP clear out my EWI? Thanks.
