Graham did vote yes at the end. But it’s fine. He held it long enough and he championed with Durbin and Flake long enough. Flake has no political baggage in the Senate. He might run for local position, but he can careless about the Senate - he hates McConnell lol. But most importantly he HATES Trump. Trump hates him. They have a long history of frued. That’s one of the reasons probably why the Flake bill has never been considered by the WH. Poor guy.

Anyway doesn’t matter what their agenda are. They worked with us.
