Does working without an EAD, having a license from another state, not being in good health affect their chances? Do they need to interview or anything
NYC here. Just four months for me so far. I believe it's 10-12 months for us?

By the way, is anyone renewing their DACA? I'm hoping to get adjusted this year but I will be cutting it close with my DACA expiration.

I'm NYC. I submitted my application 13 months ago, still haven't received an interview notice...

My bad, you said you were NOT of age yet. I assume that means you were not 18 years of age to accrue enough unlawful presence in 2001 to trigger the 10 year bar, correct?

Yes underage. Here is my timelines

1991: came EWI, 6 months old
2001: left to Mexico age 9 years old.
2004: came back to US. 12 years old.
Never left since then beside using my Advance Parole.

I'm in NYC, 10 months now, case is 'ready for interview' but i havent received interview date/letter. I'm also thinking of sponsoring my parents as soon as I become usc. hopefully there are no changes to 'chain migration'

I didnt renew daca last year and cut it very close. Applied for AOS in march, got my AOS EAD approved in July, daca expired in august. But i actually didnt get the EAD card until November. it was their error but still i was freaking out a little bit

If they knew already they were going to bar you they would have denied i485 i think. you're barred when you accrue unlawful presence but minors can't accrue unlawful presence. not sure how coming back works but if you weren't deported then it seems you'll be fine. good luck let us know!

If you did not use AP you would still need and require an I-601 waiver.

At the very least, you did not trigger the bars as you were not adult. It is very serious to have the permanent bar while seeking an immigration benefit. It could have been categorized as felony re-entry.

I did use Advance Parole. Coming back wasn’t a problem I did go thru second inspection and also listed on my daca forms of my second entry but the officer looked on the computer which I don’t know what they look for but he greeted me in and stamp my passport.
