Well, if parents are working under the table, and claiming to make less, well, government collects less money. That's stupid.

The hardliners will argue this is CIR. So they want to fold that issue until CIR.

I hope this stays in the final bill, but the problem is we would be dealing with > 800,000. Probably talking about another 800,000 humans. There is a chance if the hardliners like MilkyNipple, TomCottonIsRacist, OldCornyJerk, and Kelly4Loser will not get involved again.

It’s not fucking too much. The plan was Dreamers in phase 1 and everything else in phase 2. Listen I get that maybe border security and a visa entry/exit system are needed to prevent “this shit from happening again.” Republicans keep saying they don’t want to be here again in Ten years doing this again. Bitch, you ain’t done shit for us in the last 30 years, stop acting like y’all do this shit all the time. We don’t have Dreamers in this country because of DV lottery or chain migration. However you trying to fucking address that in this bill—unrelated if you ask me. Touching those issues will not prevent a dreamer problem in the future. Wake up sheeple, they gonna get everything they really want out of our bill, on our backs, and they ain’t gonna touch shit for everyone else. Goodlatte bill barely changes the status quo for us, y’all really they gonna come around for phase 2? What’s fucking left to address?

The issue is, I am worried that our cause is on a timer right now...how long are the Dems willing to hold the line for us?...because this doesn't look like it's going anywhere...

Repubs may most likely hurt the most from this shutdown, but they seem to be more stubborn than Dems.

They must really really really dislike immigrants if they are willing to jeopardize their seats every day this shutdown continues

This is one helluva game of chicken...who swerves first?

I think they put it in there as a negotiation tactic. Start high and end somewhere in the middle.

thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your post sums up my total thoughts, the current bill should just focus on daca,, ending chain immigration, tps and dv lottery should be left for a complete immigration reform. The republicans are asking for too much but are offering very little in return. Some people are saying give the republicans whatever they want so that a deal can be passed but they also have to show some compromise.
