Ok so let's think about this, lets say that the Goodlatte bill is brought up for a vote but the Dems add all kinds of amendments to make it more like the dream act, that wouldn't be so bad I think. Does anybody know how many votes are needed for an amendment to pass in the senate? If 51 then the Dems along with flake and graham could make this or other hardliner bill more friendly towards us.

I can’t seem to find the bill. But isn’t the USA act a lot more liberal than the Dream Act?
