He wants the Wall money all up front. Wonder if the Democrats are for that. I know they were thinking of giving him the money, but spread out because they were planning to stop it when they got back into power.

i am not too sure about the $25 bil all up front.

Schumer's intention was misplaced when he offered it, now Trump played his ass knowing he was gonna offer the Wall anyway.
