that’s right, well said. democrats have had our back for over a decade but now trump and republicans come in for couple months and trying to snatch the DACA fix from democrats? wtf is this? they were critisizing the Obama adminstration cuz of DACA for years and trump ended daca back in september. and now most of u here are talking shit about democrats and praising republicans and trump? smdh. SMDH!!

democrats have been playing too nice and have been taken advantage of by republicans. it needs to end now. please people go read some news and get knowledgeable

My initial feeling is that Democrats want to push this issue all the way into the midterms. They’re message is going to be “give us the power and we’ll give you amnesty.”

When Schumer was on Rachel Maddow his message was we don’t have power to do anything and maybe the Republicans will cave once they start seeing Dreamers getting deported. I’m guessing that’s his number one game plan.

It's a win-win for Dems if we get no relief. They can blame the Republicans since they're in charge and they can use us for midterms.

Let me explain, even if its a 'win' for Dems, people don't go out to vote unless they are angry. Dems want their base to be angry that #Dreamers didn't get a clean DA. If something passes, it might be a win, but it doesn't get them more votes (in the short term).
