As said here before, instead of democrats and moderate republicans full on saying that the WH framework is a non-starter, they should move to middle-ground based on the framework and Durbin-Graham. How hard can that be?

I agree. If things have been going on certain way doesnt mean the law should never change. A privilage shouldnt be mixed with a right.
