If funding for health centers is added, Dems will cave.

Immigration will most likely be decided on its own merits. I don't have faith in the Democrats to hold their ground.

Can confirm Freedom Caucus members are saying exactly what you expected them to say about the CR — yearlong defense funding looking like it’ll be enough to smooth over most of their concerns

Anddd FC cave. It’s on Dems now

idk you guys, but I am nearly exhausted of this drama. Its a bad telenovela and I hope these politicians are exhausted as well so they will finally pass something even if it is just for the sake of not dealing with this issue again.

Ryan are trying to paint that the Dems are against the military. However, Dems can't afford to let military spending pass because that's their only piece of leverage for everything else they want.

We are long over due for a recession dip, hopefully it lands around end of 2018 and 2019 years. Trump won't be able to trough the glowing economy (even though it wasn't his doing at all). The consequences of his policies will start taking into effect end of this year. Goodbye to his 2020 reelection and hello to histories worst president.

Schumer: GOP plan to avoid shutdown won't pass the Senate

Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) is warning that a plan by House Republicans to attach a full year of defense funding to a short-term bill for the rest of the government is a nonstarter in the Senate.

"Sending a cromnibus to the Senate, one that just funded defense and cut programs crucial to the middle class, would be barreling head-first into a dead-end," he said, referring to a cross between an omnibus spending bill and short-term continuing resolution (CR) to keep the government open.

Freedom Caucus may support the latest interim spending bill. But the problem is whether mbrs will back it if military funding is stripped out in the Senate & returned to the House. That could be a problem. Dems won't make up the difference & vote yes w/o a DACA deal
