DACA to AOS - Page 246

I received 2 letters on Saturday following my interview last Tuesday. I got my i-130 petition approval letter and the RFE letter for the medical i-693 which I will submit this week.

Good Morning Just wanted to share the latest update on my case. AOS packet received on 10/23/17, Bios completed 11/13/17, Case ready to be scheduled for interview 1/5/2018, EAD approved 1/31/2018. Now just going to patiently wait for our interview date. According to the USCIS website my field office (Phoenix), as of Nov 31st was processing cases received on 2/13/17...so I’m estimating maybe a mid to late summer interview...

It was on page 2 midway to the end of the page. It needed a bump.

I got both of mine taken at IAH in Houston, but I was able to get an i94 printed that has my arrival date i think its legit right? LOL

Can someone please answer this question for me, reguarding form i864 affidavit of support. The form ask you about income for three years. Do you have to meet the income requirement for all three years or just the most recent tax year?

I want to know because we meet the requirement for the most recent tax year but not the past two. I'm wondering if I should include our assets owned presently and during those tax years when we didn't make the requirements, just to make sure everything will be excepted.
