Believe me I spent days on Google trying to find an answer. I admit it's also my fault.

I don't blame people who didn't apply when they could. We all have our reasons.

One might argue that ignorance, not speaking English, or lack of family support (very rare case) were reasons, but if legislation were to pass, they still wouldn't apply for GCs because of these reasons.

It would've been more fair for them to include older Dreamers born before June 1981, they "deserve" it way more.
What he said!

John Kelly echoed the point again after this meeting, telling reporters: "I gotta say that some of them just should have probably gotten off the couch and signed up, but that doesn't really matter now, because President Trump has given them the status." @davisusan

Well, he did not do anything for quite sometime while saying that he would show big heart, so that should have giving you an indication that maybe it would not have been a terrible idea to apply. Plus, if you were planning on going to college(if you live in a state that offers in-state for DACA students) or working after graduation, it would have been a good idea to apply so that you could work right away or pay instate for your first year. Also, so that you could drive and get a SSN #.

I am not saying that you should not be able to be included, because I think that you should.
