Dream Act NEVER had an age cap and that is why I joined this group. Except 2010 Version which failed.

There is no point at all.

Two of my patients are 41 and 42, one w 2 kids, other w 3. Arrived at 11 and 15.

They have HS diplomas. One is a CNA, other manages a store. They would qualify for Dream Act.

Remove the age cap. This will hurt them and their families. Srn. Durbin needs to introduce removing the age cap and keeping families together.

They probably want to prevent a larger number of people from obtaining legalization. I surely hope aged out dreamers get included, they started this fight.
