The 2010 act has nothing to do with this, it does not erase the fact you arrived as a child and are American except in paper. Worse yet, aged out Dreamers are American-except-in paper with American children and spouses.

The age cap has to go. They even invited the wife of 39 yr old aged out Dreamer, Jose Garcia, to the state of the union.

NEWS: Bipartisan amendment, led by Sen. Collins, reallocates diversity lottery, gives $25b for wall + reallocates diversity lottery visas. How to deal with DACA parents? "Under discussion"

Parts that I think are important:

Aged dreamers - included
Parents - undecided
Chain migration - preserved for USC, limited for Perm Residents
Due process - preserved
Implementation - provide guidelines in 90 days, full implementation by 180 days (get your renewals in ASAP!)
Love it!

Im cool with this.

If most Dem Senators coalesce, this will be pretty much what passes

This is the one that should pass the senate and then if Ryan doens't want to bring it to the floor, someone needs to do a discharge petition including the so called GOP moderates

Yes, under 38 on June 15, 2012 - so this will help out a lot of DREAMers too old for DACA.

White House "actively considering issuing a veto threat" against Rounds immigration bill, per senior official just now. @sarahnferris

Fuck President Miller, just pass it

Am I a terrible person because a part of me is hoping that Chain Migration is ended so my terrible parents don’t get citizenship before I do.
