Even if they did allow AP, I would certainly not recommend anyone leave the country in this political climate.

What's their logic behind not allowing AP? To purposely stop us from adjusting but they just dont wanna come out and say it?

Yes. Anti-immigrant groups went crazy when they found out about the AP loophole. And since many of those people are now in charge of the country this is what happens.

Which is quite ironic since anti-immigrant groups are always yelling “go back to your country and come back and get in line” which is exactly what AP does. Just goes on to show that it’s not about “doing it right” they simply just hate us and feel threatened.

why would people want to leave now on AP when ICE and border patrol agents are unleashed to do anything they want? You are asking to not be let in again.
