you seem like a great negotiator, I'm glad that you have no say in this matter.

I can also see in your future that you will probably support a scumbag like Ted Cruz, sad and shameful.

Sadly DACA hasn't been mentioned in the media like it was before what happened in Florida.

Maybe this is slightly off-topic, but isnt it incredible that citizens supporting the GOP actually want $25 billion wasted on a wall that will probably never directly impact or improve their lives in any way. Instead of putting that to education programs, infrastructure, etc

Seeing how Democrats will never give up chain migration, the only chance we have is perm DACA or 600k ppl in exchange for the wall

Wake up and smell the coffee people, a permanent fix is not happening! March 23 is our last hope to get a legislative extension on DACA. Those of us around here long enough knew that this would be the end game. They would try for a permanent fix, fail and the backup would be a BRIDGE Act kind extension. They all damn well knew this is what would happen:

Quote:
Graham said. "I don't think we're going to do a whole lot beyond something like the BRIDGE Act, which would be extend DACA for a year or two, and some border security. It's just too many moving parts."
https://www.cnn.com/2018/02/06/polit...ham/index.html

Quote:
The retiring Arizona Republican said he plans to go to the Senate floor as soon as the chamber returns from next week’s recess and will demand a vote on his plan to provide $7.6 billion in border wall money spread over three years in exchange for three years of codification of the expiring Deferred Actions for Childhood Arrivals program.
Quote:
The Trump administration may have other plans.

The White House’s early preference going forward is a new bill sponsored by GOP Sens. John Thune of South Dakota, Jerry Moran of Kansas and Rob Portman of Ohio that would provide $25 billion in exchange for permanently extending DACA, an administration official said on Friday. Enrollees would have to reapply every two years under that plan.
