Ken Paxton will eventually play out, the injunction might have only bought us time.

But the mean AG in TX can sue again in the 5th circuit if I understand correctly. Regardless, a win for us. We'll have a few more months for renewals : )

I read it can take up to a year to reach scotus. We should be able to reapply by then and possibly make it to 2021

Actually, this is good because now Trump and republicans can force democrats to take any shitty deal. Why do you think Trump was asking for all those demands? They thought democrats would be forced to accept them in order to save us .

I think Ken Paxton won’t be able to do shit now . The issue is already before the courts.

Like I mentioned earlier last year...look to the courts for the wins under this administration. They are the check and balance as the Congress will have another another do-nothing session.

Again, best thing to do is renew as the court process slowly moves. Federal cases can take sometime and the Supreme court appears to want the process to go per the usual order.

But trump really wanted his wall. I think if nothing was done by march 5th he would have traded us for his wall and nothing else. He tweeted about us and the wall like 3 times in the past few days.
