This is literally what Donald Trump tried to do (and failed). He was calling for extreme vetting of Syrian refugees too, without knowing too much about what the status quo system actually involves.
Ironically, a Dreamer who's constantly accused of "not just getting legal" by people who don't know shit about the immigration process is now defending a Trumpesque policy... because they don't know shit about the refugee vetting process.

Articles on how Tulsi was doing the same thing Trump is now doing with the "Muslim Ban", and versailles thinks this doesn't show why she's worse than the establishment dems.
Mostly because Establishment dems don't want to fucking ban refugees because they think all brown muslims are terrorists, Versailles. That's why. If you're going to advocate for a dove-progressive while calling Democrats imperialists, at least advocate for an ACTUAL dove-progressive.
Oh, and don't forget to excuse Tulsi for going after Obama for not using the term Islamic Extremism. And her skepticism over the Iran nuke deal that prevented a potential war.
