I doubt Supreme Court will take the case, especially that all that the administration has to do is abide by the APA, so post the rules for 60 days, and all that.

This situation is intolerable for all. Our 'leaders' need to get back to the table and negotiate again.

Dream Act + reasonable wall money + fair enforcement priorities.
