Unfortunately, this is a very possible scenario. Just by having a Democrat president won't mean that there will be a solution done. Some are accused of using this issue for their own benefits of being elected. Somehow I do believe DACA will be extended.

Extending daca will cause more problems. Daca was never meant to be permeant, it says it on the ucis website. It very telling about this country when they fail to legalize a small group of people who meet the more than requirements for applying for a green card or citizenship.

I'd remove it. She has a health issue and this is quite unflattering to her. To be honest, it makes me highly uncomfortable knowing that she is a patient struggling with mental illness and that people laugh at her.

How can you be sure it's a 'she'? We have to assume the creature is gender neutral unless proven otherwise. More research needs to be conducted.

They can let 2nd or 9th hear it first before granting centoriari. They might also refuse to hear the case at all, letting the lower court ruling stand.
