Man, this has been such a rollercoaster. I expire in November and I applied for renewal in January right after the original injunction.

I did my bios pretty quickly and was a bit disappointed the process was moving along so fast because it meant I would "lose" time from my current EAD. Then, it started dragging out and I was happy to be maximizing my current EAD card.

Now, I'm pissed that its taking so long again because of this.

This is how mean these guys are. I wouldn’t put it past Hannen to rule that even Permits already issued are invalid. That’s why it boggles my mind that the Hispanic liberal judge just gave this case back to that mean asshole of a judge .
What happens with all these conflicting judge rulings? If Hannen rules all are permits are invalid and that other judge says USCIS must implement DACA fully (new applicants and AP) because the government didn't adequately prove what it needed to in the 90 days, then what?

Its so weird..My sense is that not even immigrant rights organizations know what this lawsuit really means. I have seen little communication from the usual orgs I follow on social media, and the little of communication has been vague.

Go on the fox business channel on YouTube and watch what Trump's favorite judge (Andrew Napolitano) has to say to about the lawsuit. He called it frivolous, a waste of time and said it would do absolutely nothing to daca.
